What we collect
Appalachian Construction & Design (“ACD”, “we”) collects information you submit through our contact form and job-application form — including name, email, phone, company, message content, and optionally a résumé file. We do not use third-party analytics or advertising trackers on this site.
How we use it
Submissions are used only to respond to your inquiry or evaluate your application. We do not sell or share personal information with third parties for marketing.
Retention
We retain inquiries and applications for as long as is reasonably necessary to operate our business. You may request deletion of your information at any time by contacting us.
Security
Submitted information is stored in our managed cloud backend with row-level security. Résumé files are stored in a private storage bucket and are not publicly accessible.
